Free Shipping & Delivery Time
If you choose free shipping, once you receive the product, we offer a full refund, and you can keep the product.
For orders with extra charges via international couriers (DHL, UPS, FedEx, TNT), we will refund the additional shipping fee once the product is delivered.
Product Quality Issues
If there are quality issues with your product, please email us with photos or videos within 3 days of receiving the item. If we confirm the issue is on our end, we will send you a replacement product. Due to high international shipping costs, you do not need to return the defective product.
Missing Products During Shipping
If you have not received your product within 45 days, we will verify the issue with our shipping carrier. Once confirmed, we will send you a replacement within 5 business days. If you can't find tracking information, feel free to contact us for assistance.
No Return Option
We do not accept returns unless the above conditions apply. In such cases, you can request a replacement or a refund.
Replacement & Refund Timeframes
To process refunds, please send us your PayPal or bank details via email. Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days.
